The BADD Teambuilding Camp is an intense and rewarding introductory challenge experience based on teambuilding and team­work principles. The camp presents an exciting opportunity for the young men and juniors to prepare themselves for life long lessons while being introduced to the BADD challenges: Character, History, Communication, Preparation, Community, Wellness, and Con­viction. The camp experience combines direct discussion, teambuilding, and personal and group hands-on chal­lenges for an experience that is bound to prompt new revelations. It truly conditions and indoctrinates our young men and juniors into the BADD culture and prepares them for the program activities and life’s challenges.

The format can be adjusted to meet your needs but the basic premise consists of a graduated series of problem solving activities. These activities provide a dynamic learning environment, leading participants to new insights about themselves, each other, and assessing their effectiveness as a team. Our highly skilled Captains or other trained Coaches will lead the group's experience with the right mix of framing, debriefing, and coaching to help increase individual and team performance. The Teambuilding Camp can be delivered at our training site, a local park, or the facility of your choice — indoors or out.

The desired outcome will give the young men an increased sense of confidence and a heightened appreciation for the effectiveness a team can create. The experience offers a refreshing perspective on goals, resources, and sup­port mechanisms. The customized activities provides highly spirited adventures that bring the BADD experience to life, whether it's teamwork collaboration, risk taking, information-sharing, or adaptability. Participants are not just introduced to BADD; they personally experience what it means to be BADD.
